Installation and Warranty Policies:

Phone Support Installation:
All of Progressive Business Systems, Inc. products include toll-free installation support. Our staff will assist you from installation to actual operation. In addition, you may call our support center anytime during your warranty period should require any additional assistance. Once your warranty period has expired we will send you an optional Annual Service Contract for your consideration.

On-Site Installation:
Progressive Business Systems, Inc. can provide an on-site specialist to install any of our products and systems at an additional cost. Cost of on-site installation can vary and a price can be quoted at your request.

Annual Service Contracts:
Annual service contracts are available on all of our products and are tailored to meet the service requirements of each product and its specific application. Please contact us concerning service contract conditions and pricing.

Incident Service:
We provide a simple "per incident" fee should you not wish to purchase an annual service contract. Our incident fee is $95.00, chargeable to VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. You will only be charged if your problem is resolved.
